摘要
目的分析国际患者安全发展趋势,对我国患者安全未来发展提出建议。方法检索WHO官方网站及政策文件、患者安全网站、中外文数据库中关于患者安全的文献,对检索内容进行归类分析总结。结果国际患者安全的发展趋势聚焦于制定政策以消除可避免伤害、高可靠性卫生组织及患者安全文化、临床工作流程的安全管理、鼓励患者及家属参与患者安全、医务人员教育与培训、数字化信息传递和风险管理等方面。结论应掌握国际患者安全的发展趋势和研究热点,积极响应并参与国际患者安全行动,重视患者安全文化建设,加大医务人员教育与培训力度,利用信息化促进我国患者安全发展。
Objective To analyze the international trend of patient safety and put forward suggestions for the future development of patient safety in China.Methods The WHO official website and policy documents,patient safety website,and Chinese and English databases were searched for literature on patient safety,and the retrieved contents were classified,analyzed and summarized.Results International trends in patient safety focus on the development of policies to eliminate avoidable harm,high-reliability health organizations and patient safety cultures,safe management of clinical workflows,encouraging patient and family involvement in patient safety,education and training of medical staff,digital information delivery,and risk management.Conclusion It should grasp the development trends and research hotspots of international patient safety,actively respond to and participate in international patient safety actions,attach importance to the construction of patient safety culture,increase the education and training of medical personnel,and use information technology to promote the development of patient safety in China.
