摘要
基于组织惰性生成模型,从环境和路径两个层面,以及制度惰性、结构惰性、文化惰性和角色惰性4个维度分析医疗机构患者安全管理的组织惰性成因,提出建立患者安全管理创新激励机制,优化患者安全管理组织结构,搭建患者安全管理信息化平台,创建医患共同参与的患者安全管理文化氛围等克服组织惰性的路径。
Based on the organizational inertia generation model,this paper expounded the causes of organizational inertia in patient safety management in medical institutions from four dimensions,namely institutional inertia,structural inertia,cultural inertia and role inertia,from two levels of environment and path.Furthermore,it proposed paths to overcome organizational inertia,such as to establish an incentive mechanism for patient safety management innovation,to optimize the organizational structure of patient safety management,to build an information platform for patient safety management,and to create a patient safety management culture in which doctors and patients participate.
