摘要
目的:通过采用CTTM教学方式,探究该教学法在脊柱外科实习带教中的应用效果。方法:将65名在脊柱外科实习的14级本科生随机分为实验组(n=33)和对照组(n=32)。教学完毕后,采用问卷调查和实践考核评估教学效果。结果:实验组实习生的实践考核得分、对授课方式和学习效果的满意度调查都要高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组的带教教师满意度无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:CTTM教学法在脊柱外科实习教学中,具有提高实习带教教学效果的作用。
Objective:By using CTTM teaching method,this study explores the application effect of this teaching method in practice teaching of spinal surgery.Method:Sixty-five undergraduate students in spinal surgery were randomly divided into two groups:CTTM group(n=33)and traditional teaching group(n=32).After the class,questionnaire investigation and practice examination are used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:In CTTM group,the scores of practice examination,satisfaction with teaching style and learning effect were higher than those in traditional teaching group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the satisfaction degree of teaching teachers(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the practice teaching of spinal surgery,CTTM teaching method has the function of improving the teaching effect of practice teaching.
