摘要
目的探讨舒适护理对宫颈癌化疗患者负面情绪及依从性的影响。方法选取梁山县人民医院2021年10月至2022年10月收治的60例宫颈癌化疗患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例。对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取舒适护理,比较两组心理状态及依从性。结果护理后研究组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌化疗患者应用舒适护理,可以改善心理状态,提高依从性,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing on negative emotions and compliance in patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy.Methods A total of 60 patients with cervical cancer undergoing chemotherapy admitted to Liangshan County People’s Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given comfort nursing.The psychological state and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the study group was high er than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfort nursing in cervical cancer patients with chemotherapy can improve their psychological state and complian ce,which is worthy of promotion and application.
