摘要
目的探讨宫腔镜手术联合左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统(曼月乐)治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果。方法选取青岛西海岸新区中医医院2020年1月至2022年1月收治的80例子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及实验组,每组各40例。两组均进行宫腔镜手术,在此基础上对照组采用地屈孕酮片治疗,实验组采用曼月乐治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果实验组术后6、12个月月经量少于对照组(P<0.05);实验组术后1、6、12个月子宫内膜厚度小于对照组(P<0.05);实验组总复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜手术联合曼月乐治疗子宫内膜息肉效果显著,可有效减少月经量,减小子宫内膜厚度,降低复发率,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic surgery combined with Levonorgestrel intrauterine system(Mirena)in the treatment of endometrial polyp.Methods A total of 80 patients with endometrial polyp admitted to Qingdao West Coast New District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Hysteroscopic surgery was performed in both groups.On this basis,the control group was treated with Dydrogesterone Tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Mirena.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The menstrual volume of the experimental group was less than that of the control group at 6 and 12 months after surgery(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness of the experimental group was smaller than that of the control group at 1,6 and 12 months after surgery(P<0.05).The total recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery combined with Mirena in the treatment of endometrial polyp has significant effect,which can effectively reduce menstrual volume,endometrial thickness and recurrence rate,which is worthy of promotion and application.
