摘要
目的探讨HEOS冷刀宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉(EMP)切除术后放置曼月乐环的临床效果。方法选取76例EMP患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各38例。两组均采取HOES冷刀宫腔镜下EMP切除术。研究组术后放置曼月乐环,对照组术后服用地屈孕酮。比较两组各项指标。结果与术前比较,术后3~12个月两组子宫内膜厚度、经量及经期时间呈降低趋势,且研究组均低于对照组;与术前比较,术后3~12个月两组血红蛋白水平呈升高趋势,且研究组术后6个月及术后12个月均高于对照组;研究组术后6个月内的复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HEOS冷刀宫腔镜EMP切除术后放置曼月乐环可降低患者子宫内膜厚度,改善经量及经期时间,预防病情复发。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Mirena ring placement after HEOS cold knife hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy(EMP).Methods 76 patients with EMP were selected and divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.Both groups underwent HEOS cold knife hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy.The study group was placed with Mirena after operation,and the control group was given dydrogesterone after operation.The indicators of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with preoperative,the endometrial thickness,menstrual volume and menstrual duration of the two groups decreased at 3~12 months after operation,and the study group was lower than the control group;compared with preoperative,3~12 months after operation the hemoglobin level in the group showed an increasing trend,and the study group was higher than the control group at 6 months and 12 months after the operation;the recurrence within 6 months after operation in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mirena ring placement after HEOS hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy in EMP patients can reduce endometrial thickness,improve menstrual volume and menstrual duration,and prevent disease recurrence.
