摘要
孔子仁学蕴含着深刻的人权思想,不仅是中国人权的传统资源,还是世界人权的宝贵财富。世界人权发展主要经历三个阶段,分别以“自由权”“社会权”“发展权”为核心。通过对不同阶段人权发展的解读,剖析孔子仁学对世界人权发展的贡献,发现孔子仁学蕴含“平等”“博爱”“民主”的人权价值原则不仅与世界人权的核心价值契合,还对新时代条件下基于“人类命运共同体”理念提出的“多元人权”具有借鉴意义,以期在世界多元文化中求得人权认知的“同心共解”,为世界人权发展贡献中国智慧。
Confucius’benevolence contains profound human rights thoughts,which is not only a traditional resource of the human rights in China,but also a precious wealth of the human rights in the world.The development of world human rights has gone through three main stages,with“freedom rights”,“social rights”and“development rights”as the core.By interpreting the development of human rights in different stages and analyzing the contribution of Confucian benevolence to the development of human rights in the world,we find that the human rights value principles of“equality”,“fraternity”and“democracy”contained in Confucian benevolence not only fit with the core values of human rights in the world,but also have implications for the“pluralistic human rights”proposed in the new era based on the concept of“a community with a shared future for mankind”,so as to seek a“common understanding”of human rights cognition in the world’s diverse cultures and contribute Chinese wisdom to the development of human rights in the world.
