人权是全人类的共同价值,是社会主义核心价值,更是中国共产党人和中国人民的坚定信念和不懈追求。从道德人权到宪法性人权、从宣言性人权到制度化人权、从个体性人权到集体性人权、从抽象的自由平等权到现实的幸福生活权,演绎出人权发展进步的历史逻辑。中国式现代化引导出人权现代化,并为之指明了方向和道路。人权现代化主要包括人权理论现代化、人权制度现代化、人权治理现代化,其中人权理论现代化引领人权制度现代化和人权治理现代化,人权制度现代化和人权治理现代化为人权理论的创新发展提供制度证成和实践资源。法治是人权的前提和保障。在社会主义法治的轨道上推进人权现代化,必将谱写新时代中国人权事业全面发展的新篇章,开辟中国式人权现代化的新境界。
