摘要
习近平关于农业农村现代化重要论述具有丰富的理论内涵,主要包括农业农村现代化科学内涵论、农业农村现代化战略地位论、农业农村现代化战略目标论、农业农村现代化重大任务论、农业农村优先发展论、“四化同步”发展论、农业农村现代化关键论、中国特色农业现代化道路论。蕴含清晰的内在逻辑,解决好“三农”问题是定位农业农村现代化的思维指向,新时代社会主要矛盾是选择农业农村优先发展的基本依据,中国式现代化是推进农业农村现代化的方向指引,中国基本国情农情是农业现代化道路的选择基础,马克思主义世界观和方法论是认识农业农村现代化的根本遵循。富有深刻的价值意蕴,为新时代解决“三农”问题提供了根本指引,为全面振兴乡村提供了重要方略,为建设农业强国提供了实践指导,为世界农业发展提供了思想启迪。
XI Jinping’s important exposition on Modernization of Agriculture and Rural Areas has rich theoretical connotation.It mainly includes the scientific connotation theory of agricultural and rural modernization,the theory of strategic position of agricultural and rural modernization,the theory of strategic goal of agricultural and rural modernization,the theory of major task of agricultural and rural modernization,the theory of development of agriculture and rural areas as top priority,the theory of synchronous development of“Four Modernizations”,the theory of the key to agricultural and rural modernization,and the theory of the path of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics.The important exposition contains clear internal logic,with the resolution of the problems of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”as the orientation of agricultural and rural modernization,Chinese society’s principal contradiction in the new era as the essential basis for giving priority to agricultural and rural development,the Chinese modernization as the guide for promoting agricultural and rural modernization,and the basic national conditions and agricultural conditions of China as the basis for choosing the path of agricultural modernization,the Marxist worldview and methodology as the fundamental way to understanding agricultural and rural modernization.Moreover,the important exposition has profound value implications providing fundamental guidance for solving the problems of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”in the new era,an important strategy for comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,practical guidance for building China’s agricultural power,and ideological enlightenment for the development of world agriculture.
