摘要
畜牧产业作为经济可持续发展的主要组成部分,如何在农业强国战略指引下实现绿色高质量发展成为重要议题。文章从支持政策持续加码、市场需求日益旺盛、畜牧产业竞争力不断增强三方面阐述我国畜牧产业绿色高质量发展的现实基础。面向农业强国,畜牧产业绿色高质量发展有助于驱动农业农村现代化、助力畜牧业经济高速增长与打造畜牧产业现代化生态。因此,文章提出增强畜牧产业政策扶持力度、提高畜牧产业信息化水平、建立畜禽商品冷链加工配送系统的创新路径,为实现农业强国战略目标提供重要支持。
As a major component of sustainable economic development,how to achieve green and high-quality development under the guidance of the strategy of agricultural power has become an important issue.This paper expounds the practical basis for the green and high-quality development of Chinese animal husbandry industry from three aspects:Continuous increase in support policies,increasingly strong market demand,and continuous enhancement of the competitiveness of animal husbandry industry.For an agricultural power,the green and high-quality development of the animal husbandry industry will help drive the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,help the rapid economic growth of animal husbandry,and build a modern ecology of the animal husbandry industry.Therefore,this paper proposes to strengthen the policy support of animal husbandry industry,improve the level of informatization of animal husbandry industry,and establish an innovative path of cold chain processing and distribution system for livestock and poultry commodities,so as to provide important support for the realization of the strategic goal of agricultural power.
