摘要
儿童是肺炎高发人群,由于患儿肺功能发育不全、免疫力低下等原因,故而其发病率高,为儿科常见病与多发病,对患儿身体有较大负面影响。研究发现,小儿肺炎发病多为春冬季节,患儿病情较重,且变化较快,并发症较多,若无法及时有效治疗,可累及患儿其他脏器,甚至导致患儿死亡。小儿肺炎是临床住院患儿死亡的原因之一,需积极防治。在重视小儿肺炎治疗的同时,还需重视小儿肺炎的护理干预模式,从而较好促进患儿病情好转,保证其生命安全。关于小儿肺炎相关护理报道较多,多种护理模式均对患儿具有较大影响,患儿经护理后疾病恢复好,故而需引起临床重视。综合分析小儿肺炎护理模式发现,主要护理模式包括优质护理干预、整体护理干预、针对性护理干预、综合护理干预、PDCA循环法护理模式、精细化护理干预、个体化护理模式、音乐护理模式以及中西医结合护理干预模式等,均取得了较好临床护理效果。本文对小儿肺炎护理模式研究进展进行综述,以期为小儿肺炎的临床护理提供指导。
Children are the high incidence group for pneumonia.Due to the underdeveloped lung function,low immunity and other reasons,the incidence rate is high,which is a common and frequently occurring disease in pediatrics,and has a great negative impact on the health of children.Research has found that the incidence of pediatric pneumonia is mostly in the spring and winter seasons.The condition of the children is severe and changes quickly,with many complications.If not treated promptly and effectively,it can affect other organs of the children and even lead to death of children.Pediatric pneumonia is one of the causes of death in hospitalized children and requires active prevention and treatment.While emphasizing the treatment of pediatric pneumonia,it is also necessary to pay attention to the nursing intervention mode of pediatric pneumonia in order to better promote the improvement of the patient's condition and ensure their life safety.There are many reports of related nursing on pediatric pneumonia,and various nursing modes have a great impact on the children.After nursing,the children recover well from the disease,so clinical attention needs to be paid.The comprehensive analysis of the nursing models for pediatric pneumonia finds that the main nursing models include high-quality nursing intervention,holistic nursing intervention,targeted nursing intervention,comprehensive nursing intervention,PDCA cycle method nursing model,refined method nursing intervention,individualized nursing model,music nursing model,and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention model and so on,all of which have achieved good clinical nursing effects.This article reviews the research progress of nursing models for pediatric pneumonia,in order to provide guidance for clinical nursing of pediatric pneumonia.
