媒介善治与中国式现代化的逻辑探赜被引量：1

An Insight into the Logic of Media Governance and Chinese Modernization

摘要党的二十大提出,中国共产党的中心任务是团结带领全国各族人民全面建成社会主义现代化强国、实现第二个百年奋斗目标,以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴。在这一历史进程中,媒介发挥着重要的作用,媒介善治是国家治理体系顶层设计中的有机组成部分。媒介善治的概念中不但蕴含着媒介参与社会建构的规律,也与古代哲学家和政治家对“善”的追求有关,还与近现代治理概念的形成与发展有关。我国媒介善治不但服从于社会主义的媒体体制,而且服从于中国式现代化的治理目标,因此具有鲜明的中国特色社会主义特征。媒介为了实现善治目标,就需要坚持党的领导、党性和人民性统一、实现共同富裕、物质文明与精神文明相协调、人与自然和谐共生,从而充分发挥在推动中国式现代化进程中的作用。 The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that the central task of the Communist Party of China is to unite and lead the people of all ethnic groups in the country to fully build a great modern socialist country, achieve the second centenary goal, and comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization. In this historical process, the media plays an important role, and the good governance of the media is an organic part of the top-level design of the national governance system. The concept of good governance by media not only contains the law of media participation in social construction, but also relates to the pursuit of "good" by ancient philosophers and politicians, and the formation and development of the concept of governance in modern times. The good governance of Chinese media not only obeys the socialist media system, but also obeys the governance goal of Chinese modernization, so it has distinct characteristics of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The media need to adhere to the leadership of the Party, the unity of the Party and the people, the realization of common prosperity, the coordination of material civilization and spiritual civilization, and the harmonious coexistence of man and nature, so as to give full play to the good governance role of the media in promoting the process of Chinese-style modernization.
