高校青年教师教学实践能力困境分析与提升策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 当前,线上教学已成为高等教育的主要教学模式,加之高校青年教师逐渐成为高校教学工作的中坚力量,青年教师教学实践能力的高低,关乎线上教学的教学质量。通过对高校青年教师教学能力现状的调查,发现部分青年教师在教学能力方面存在重“教”轻“学”,对教材熟悉程度不够,对教学内容把握不够精准,教学方法使用不当;教学过程缺乏师生深入互动,过分依赖多媒体,应对突发情况的处理能力不强等困境。文章围绕高校青年教师教学实践能力提升,针对破解青年教师的教学困境提出对策与建议。 At present,online teaching has become the main teaching mode of higher education.In addition,young teachers in colleges and universities have gradually become the backbone of teaching work in colleges and universities.The teaching practice ability of young teachers is related to the teaching quality of online teaching.Through the investigation of the teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities,it is found that some young teachers pay more attention to"teaching"than"learning"in terms of teaching ability;they are not familiar enough with textbooks;they don't have a precise grasp of the teaching content;they use teaching methods improperly.The teaching process is lack of in-depth interaction between teachers and students,relies too much on multimedia,and the ability of the young teachers to deal with emergencies is not strong.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of teaching practice ability of young teachers in colleges and universities and solving theteaching difficulties of young teachers.
