摘要
“双高”背景下积极构建“双师型”教师创新团队,有利于职业教育的健康发展。了解“双高”背景与“双师型”教师内涵,明确高职院校“双师型”教师创新团队建设的价值意蕴,基于学校发展加强系统筹划,依托利益共同点增强优秀师资培养力度、根据职教改革创新团队结构,基于产业发展完善创新型团队建设体系、借助四横六纵优化培养体系,系统性优化双师教师创新团队建设工程,打破专业壁垒,提升创新团队建设效率。
Under the background of“double high”,it is beneficial to the healthy development of vocational education to actively build an innovative team of“double qualified”teachers.Understand the background of“double high”and the connotation of“double qualified”teachers,we should define the value implication of the construction of“double qualified”teachers’innovation team in higher vocational colleges,strengthen systematic planning based on school development,enhance the training of excellent teachers relying on common interests,innovate the team structure based on vocational education reform,improve the innovative team building system based on industrial development,and optimize the training system with the help of four horizontal and six vertical,systematically optimize the innovation team construction project of dual teachers,break professional barriers,and improve the efficiency of innovation team construction.
