职业学校全面推行“双元”育人:必要性、现实困境与应对策略

摘要 职业学校全校推行“双元”育人是全面落实校企合作的需要、发展公平优质职业教育的需要、合作企业自身发展的需要,但目前仍存在“双元”育人机制不健全、学校层面缺乏顶层设计,“双元”合作过程随意、合作项目缺乏系统规划,双主体属性未真正体现、企业参与热情普遍不高等困境。为此,职业学校应坚持“双元”育人项目的立项原则,探索多元合作模式,从共同培育“双师”教师、共同建设实训基地、共同开发项目课程、共同建立长效管理机制、共同实施文化育人和共同评价育人质量等六个方面探索“双元”育人实现路径。 Vocational schools fully implement"dual"education is the need to strictly implement school-enterprise cooperation,the need to develop fair and quality vocational education,and the need for the development of cooperative enterprises,but there are still difficulties such as the lack of a sound"dual"education mechanism,the lack of top-level design at the school level,the arbitrariness of the"dual"cooperation process,and the lack of systematic planning for cooperation projects.In addition,the dual-subject attributes are not truly reflected,and the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate is generally not high.To this end,vocational schools should adhere to the project initiation principles of"dual"education,explore diversified cooperation models,and explore six aspects of"dual"education implementation paths:jointly cultivating"dual-quality"teachers,jointly building practical training bases,jointly developing project courses,jointly establish a long-term management mechanism,jointly implement cultural education and jointly evaluate the quality of education.
