摘要
目的:探讨督脉铺灸联合补中益气汤治疗脾虚痰浊型变应性鼻炎的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的脾虚痰浊型变应性鼻炎患者84例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各42例。对照组采用补中益气汤治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上应用督脉铺灸治疗。比较两组鼻部症状评分、肺通气功能指标、血清炎性因子水平、复发情况。结果:治疗后,两组喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组最大呼气中段量、用力呼出50%肺活量时瞬间流量、最小小气道功能水平均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)、血清血管细胞黏附因子-1水平均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)。结论:督脉铺灸联合补中益气汤治疗脾虚痰浊型变应性鼻炎的效果显著,可有效改善患者鼻部症状及肺通气功能,控制炎性反应,降低复发率。
Objective:To study the effect of spreading moxibustion on governor vessel combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in treatment of allergic rhinitis of spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity type.Methods:From January 2022 to January 2023,84patients with allergic rhinitis of spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity type who were treated in Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,and the treatment group was treated with spreading moxibustion on governor vessel on the basis of control group.The nasal symptom scores,pulmonary ventilation function indicators,levels of serum inflammatory factors and recurrence were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion and nasal itching in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum mid-expiratory flow,instantaneous flow in 50% forced expiratory volume,and the minimum small airway function level in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-13(IL-13) and serum vascular cell adhesion factor-1 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008).Conclusion:The spreading moxibustion on governor vessel combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction has a significant effect in treatment of allergic rhinitis of spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity type,which can effectively improve the nasal symptoms and pulmonary ventilation function of patients,control the inflammatory reaction and reduce the recurrence rate.
