摘要
目的:检测白细胞介素4(IL-4)、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPAR-γ)在过敏性鼻炎患者血清中的表达水平,并分析二者与过敏性鼻炎疾病活动度的相关性。方法:选取2018年3月—2020年7月本院耳鼻喉头颈外科就诊的过敏性鼻炎患者95例为研究对象,其中轻度组31例,中度组35例,重度组29例;同期选取在本院健康体检且确认非过敏性鼻炎患者90例为对照组。酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测所有研究对象血清中IL-4、PPAR-γ的表达水平;终点散射比浊法检测血清IgE水平;Pearson法分析过敏性鼻炎患者血清IL-4、PPAR-γ的关系及二者与IgE、AR评分量表(SFAR)、视觉模拟量表(VAS)的相关性。结果:与对照组比较,过敏性鼻炎组血清IL-4、IgE水平显著升高,PPAR-γ水平显著降低(P<0.05)。间歇性过敏性鼻炎患者与持续性过敏性鼻炎患者血清IL-4、PPAR-γ及IgE水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同疾病活动度过敏性鼻炎患者血清IgE、IL-4、PPAR-γ水平,SFAR、VAS评分差异有统计学意义,随着疾病活动度的增加,血清IgE、IL-4水平,SFAR、VAS评分显著升高,PPAR-γ水平显著降低(P<0.05)。Pearson分析结果表明,血清IL-4水平与PPAR-γ水平呈负相关(r=-0.387,P<0.05),血清IgE、SFAR、VAS评分与IL-4水平呈正相关,与PPAR-γ水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:过敏性鼻炎患者血清IL-4、PPAR-γ表达水平与患者疾病活动度有关,二者可能参与过敏性鼻炎的发生发展。
Objective:To detect the expression levels of interleukin-4(IL-4)and peroxisome proliferator activated receptor-γ(PPAR-γ)in serum of patients with allergic rhinitis,and analyze their correlation with the activity of allergic rhinitis.Methods:A total of 95 patients with allergic rhinitis treated in the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery of our hospital from March 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects,including 31 cases in mild group,35 cases in moderate group and 29 cases in severe group;at the same time,90 patients with non allergic rhinitis confirmed by physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the expression levels of IL-4 and PPAR-γin serum;endpoint nephelometry was used to detect the level of serum IgE;Pearson method was used to analyze the relationship between serum IL-4,PPAR-γand their relationship with IgE,Score For Allergic Rhinitis(SFAR),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS).Results:Compared with those in the control group,the level of serum IL-4 and IgE were significantly higher and the level of PPAR-γwas significantly lower in the allergic rhinitis group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum IL-4,PPAR-γand IgE levels between patients with intermittent allergic rhinitis and patients with persistent allergic rhinitis(P>0.05).There were significant differences in serum IgE,IL-4,PPAR-γlevels,SFAR and VAS scores among patients with allergic rhinitis of different disease activity,with the increase of disease activity,the levels of serum IgE and IL-4,scores of SFAR and VAS were significantly increased,while the level of PPAR-γwas significantly decreased(P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that serum IL-4 and PPAR-γlevels were negatively correlated(r=-0.387,P<0.05),serum IgE,SFAR and VAS scores were positively correlated with IL-4 level,and negatively correlated with PPAR-γlevel(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression levels of serum IL-4 and PPAR-γin patients with allergic rhinitis are related to disease activity,and they may participate in the occurrence and development of allergic rhinitis.
