摘要
目的 探究分阶段目标教学应用血液净化中心护理带教中的成效。方法 选取在安徽医科大学第二附属医院血液净化中心进修时间为3个月的进修护士37名作为观察对象,研究开展时间在2020年1月至2022年2月,将2020年1—12月的18名进修护士设为对照组,2021年1月至2022年2月的19名进修护士设为观察组。对观察组进修护士开展血液净化中心分阶段目标教学,对照组进修护士则接受传统护理带教。在教学前后,对两组中进修护士的理论、实践进行量化评分,以数据来评价进修护士的个人能力,并比较两组进修护士在教学前后的差异;同时,对两组进修护士的责任心、积极性进行评分,分别比较教学前后两组进修护士的评分结果。另外,结合进修护士满意度调查表来评估两组进修护士对于护理带教工作的满意度,并进行统计学比较。结果 教学前两组进修护士个人能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),教学后观察组进修护士个人能力评分大于对照组进修护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学前两组进修护士责任心、积极性评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),教学后观察组进修护士责任心、积极性评分大于对照组进修护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组进修护士对带教工作总满意度高于对照组进修护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对血液净化中心进修护士开展分阶段目标教学的效果较好,可以帮助进修护士显著提升其个人能力,掌握更全面的理论及实践操作技能,还能增强进修护士的职业素养,并且提升进修护士对于带教工作的满意度,临床推广价值高。
Objective To investigate the effect of staged target teaching on nursing teaching in the blood purification center.Methods A total of 37 nurses with a 3-month advanced study in the Blood Purification Center of The Second Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected as observation subjects.This study was conducted from January 2020 to February 2022.18 nurses who received advanced study from January to December 2020 were set as the control group,and the other 19 nurses who received advanced study from January 2021 to February 2022 were set as the observation group.The nurses in the observation group received the staged target teaching in the blood purification center,while the nurses in the control group received traditional nursing teaching.Before and after the teaching,the theoretical and practical ratings of the nurses in the two groups were quantified to evaluate the personal abilities of the nurses and to compare the differences between the nurses in the two groups before and after the teaching.At the same time,the responsibility and motivation of the nurses in the two groups were rated and compared before and after the teaching.In addition,the satisfaction of the nurses in the two groups with the nursing teaching was assessed using a satisfaction questionnaire and compared statistically.Results There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in personal competence scores before teaching(P>0.05),whereas after teaching,the personal competence scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in responsibility and motivation scores before teaching (P >0.05), whereas after teaching, the responsibility and motivation scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P< 0.05). The total satisfaction of nurses with teaching in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P< 0.05). Conclusion A sound effect can be achieved in the staged target teaching for nurses in the blood purification center, as this teaching method can help nurses to improve their personal competence, master more comprehensive theoretical and practical skills, enhance their professionalism, and improve their satisfaction with the teaching work. Therefore, this method is of high clinical promotion value.
