分阶段目标教学应用于肾内科护理实习标准化带教中的价值评价 被引量:7

The Value Evaluation of the Application of Staged Teaching in the Standardized Teaching of Nephrology Nursing Practice

摘要 目的:对分阶段目标教学法在肾内科护理实习标准化带教中的应用价值进行评价。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月到德阳市人民医院(以下简称本院)肾内科实习的60名护理实习生参与本组课题研究。按照双盲法的分组原则将60名护生分为常规组和改良组,每组30名。常规组护生采用传统教学法,改良组护生采用分阶段目标教学法。密切观察两组护生对专业知识的掌握情况,并比较其技能考核成绩。结果:改良组护生的病历书写能力、理论知识能力、临床操作能力均显著优于常规组,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肾内科护理实习标准化带教中选择分阶段目标教学法,既能增强护生的学习积极性,培养其书写病历的能力,又能督促护生熟练掌握理论知识以及操作知识,值得持续推广和应用。 Objective:To evaluate the application value of staged target teaching method in standardized teaching of nephrology nursing practice.Methods:Sixty nursing interns who practiced in the department of nephrology of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected to participate in this study.According to the double-blind grouping method,60 nursing students were divided into a routine group and an experimental group,with 30 students in each group.The traditional teaching was adopted in the routine group,and staged target teaching was adopted in the experimental group.The two groups of nursing students were closely observed to know their mastery of professional knowledge,and their performance in skill assessment was compared.Results:The ability of writing down medical records,theoretical knowledge and clinical operation ability of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Staged target teaching method in the standardized teaching of nephrology nursing practice can not only enhance the learning enthusiasm of students,cultivate their ability to write down medical records,but also urge nursing students to master theoretical and operational knowledge,which is worthy of continuous promotion and application.
