摘要
目的探讨连贯性护理健康教育在慢性宫颈炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月鱼台县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的94例慢性宫颈炎患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各47例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组加用连贯性护理健康教育。对比两组疾病认知率、心理状态、并发症发生率。结果护理后观察组疾病认知率高于对照组,焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分、并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连贯性护理健康教育可提高慢性宫颈炎患者疾病认知率,改善心理状态,减少并发症。
Objective To explore the application effect of coherent nursing health education in patients with chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 94 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to Yutai County Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 47 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group added coherent nursing health education.The disease cognition rate,psychological state,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of disease awareness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after nursing care,and the self-rating anxiety scale score,self-rating depression scale score,and the total incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Coherent nursing health education can increase the disease awareness rate,improve psychological status,and r educe complications in patients with chronic cervicitis.
