摘要
目的研究使用预见性护理在依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死中的应用,并观察对患者NIHSS评分的影响。方法选取四川省绵阳市中心医院2016年4月—2018年2月进行收治的104例ACI患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法按1∶1的比例分为对照组和护理组,各52例。对两组患者采用常规治疗手段,同时使用依达拉奉注射液静脉滴注。对照组患者在治疗过程中采用常规护理,护理组在常规护理的基础上进行预见性护理。观察患者护理满意程度、神经功能损伤(NIHSS)评分和日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分。结果对照组总满意度86.54%显著低于护理组98.08%(P<0.05);对照组和护理组患者治疗后NIHSS和ADL评分均小于治疗前(P<0.05),护理组治疗后NIHSS和ADL评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对依达拉奉治疗的急性脑梗死患者进行预见性护理能够显著提升护理满意度,降低神经功能损伤和日常生活能力量表评分,值得临床推广及应用。
Objective To study the application of predictive nursing in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with edaravone,and to observe the effect of NIHSS score on patients.Methods A total of 104 ACI patients admitted to the hospital from April 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into the control group and the nursing group according to the ratio of 1∶1.Therapeutic means,while using an intravenous infusion of edaravone injection.The patients in the control group received routine care during the treatment,and the nursing group performed predictive care on the basis of routine care.Patient care satisfaction,neurological impairment(NIHSS)scores,and daily living ability scale(ADL)scores were observed.Results The total satisfaction of the control group was 86.54%,which was significantly lower than that of the nursing group(98.08%)(P<0.05).The NIHSS and ADL scores of the control group and the nursing group were lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05).The NIHSS and the nursing group were treated after the treatment.The ADL score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing of patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with edaravone can significantly improve nursing satisfaction,reduce neurological impairment and daily life ability scale score,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
