摘要
目的:分析结肠癌术后采用预见性护理对患者满意度、发生并发症的概率的影响。方法:将2018-06-2019-04期间在我院就诊的66例结肠癌患者作为研究对象,将其平均分为观察组(33例)和对照组(33例)。分组研究过程中,对照组采取常规方式进行护理,观察组患者采取预见护理性护理。结果:实验组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组,两组结果差异显著(P<0.05)。和对照组发生并发症概率比较,实验组出现并发症几率更低,两组结果差异明显,且P<0.05。结论:结肠癌术后采用预见性护理对患者满意度、发生并发症的概率的影响明显。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of predictive nursing on patients’satisfaction and the probability of complications.METHODS 66 patients with colon cancer treated in our hospital from June 2018 to April 2019 were divided into observation group(33 cases)and control group(33 cases).In the process of grouping study,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given predictive nursing.RESULTS the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION the effect of predictive nursing on patients’satisfaction and the probability of complications is obvious.
