摘要
为了探究橡胶沥青再生公路路面的抗裂性能,应用橡胶粉改性沥青作为基础材料,参考再生公路路面构造原理制作试验试件,定义环境温度为10℃,加载速率为5 mm/min,展开环形加载试验,获取极限荷载、破坏变形、劲度指数与断裂能4项指标评价结果。结果表明:当橡胶沥青混合再生料中RAP掺量提高后,试件的极限荷载与劲度指数均得以提高,破坏变形与断裂能2项指标则不断降低。当RAP掺量为50%时,极限荷载为17.5 kN、破坏变形值为2.1 mm,劲度指数和断裂能分别为12.4、40 J。路面的抗裂性能满足规范技术要求。
To investigate the anti cracking performance of rubber asphalt recycled highway pavement,the rubber powder modified asphalt was used as the base material,and the test specimen was made by referring to the construction principle of rubber asphalt recycled highway pavement.The loading parameters were set at 10℃,5 mm/min.The circular loading test was carried out on the specimen.The pavement crack resistance test results were obtained according to the evaluation results of the four indicators of ultimate load,failure deformation,stiffness index and fracture energy.Results show that when the content of RAP in the recycled rubber asphalt mixture is increased,the ultimate load and stiffness index of the specimens are increased,and the two indexes of failure deformation and fracture energy are continuously reduced.When the RAP content is 50%,the ultimate load is 17.5 kN,and failure deformation value is 2.1 mm,the stiffness index and fracture energy are 12.4 and 40 J respectively.The anti cracking performance of the pavement can also meet the technical requirements of the specification.
