Research on the Evaluation of Anti-cracking Performance of the Cement Stabilized Soil

摘要 水泥固化土为道路基层常用材料,干缩和温缩作用导致的收缩变形一直是影响道路基层稳定性和耐久性的主要因素,为了掌握水泥固化土收缩特征的变化规律,进行了一系列收缩试验。结果表明:水泥固化土在前15 d内干缩变形达到稳定状态的90%;温缩应变在负温区变动幅度较小,较高温度区域30℃左右达到峰值应变;干缩系数和温缩系数随水泥掺量增加显示不同的变化规律。针对现有抗裂性能评价指标的不足,提出了一种新的评价指标,并把该抗裂指标与现有抗裂指标进行计算、对比,发现此指标的计算结果更贴近半刚性材料抗裂性能的实测值,可为今后实际应用提供有利的参考。 Cement stabilized soil is a common material for road base. The shrinkage deformation caused by drying shrinkage and temperature shrinkage has been the main factor that affects the stability and durability of road base. In order to study and conclude the variation law of shrinkage characteristics of cement stabilized soil, a series of shrinkage tests are carried out. The results show that the drying shrinkage deformation of cement stabilized soil reaches 90% of the stable state in the first 15 days;the temperature shrinkage strain changes little in the negative temperature region, and reaches the peak strain at about 30℃ in the higher temperature region. The drying shrinkage coefficient and temperature shrinkage coefficient show different variation rules with the increase of cement content. In view of the deficiency of the existing evaluation index of crack resistance, a new evaluation index is put forward, and the calculation and comparison between this index and the existing index are carried out. It is found that the calculation result of this index is closer to the measured value of the crack resistance of semi-rigid materials, which can provide a favorable reference for the practical application in the future.
