摘要
为了研究不同掺量的温拌剂对橡胶改性沥青混合料路用性能的影响,选取中石化LKW-II型作为温拌剂,制备了不同掺量的橡胶改性沥青混合料,并进行了高温、低温、水稳、疲劳等路用性能试验,最后结合山西省国省道路面改造工程,对比分析了LKW-II型温拌橡胶改性沥青混合料与传统热拌橡胶改性沥青混合料在实际工程中的性能,研究结果表明:LKW-II型温拌橡胶改性沥青混合料的最优拌和温度为160℃、压实温度为140℃,降温效果约20℃。LKW-II型温拌剂能够显著提升混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性及抗疲劳能力,掺量0.3%(质量比)时效果最显著,其中动稳定度指标提升17.54%、低温抗弯拉强度提升17.08%、低温应变提升10.69%、冻融劈裂强度比提升13.93%、浸水稳定度残留度提升27.51%、疲劳寿命次数提升18.18%。掺量0.1%时的指标数值与0.3%相差很小,掺量0.5%的指标数值有大幅度下降。推荐LKW-II型温拌剂的掺量为橡胶改性沥青质量的0.1%~0.3%。
In order to study the influence of different dosages of warm mix agent on the road performance of rubber modified asphalt mixture,this paper selects Sinopec LKW-II type as warm mix agent,prepares different dosages of rubber modified asphalt mixture,and carries out high temperature,low temperature,water stability,fatigue and other road performance tests.Finally,combined with Shanxi provincial highway pavement reconstruction project,the performance of LKW-II warm mix rubber modified asphalt mixture and traditional hot mix rubber modified asphalt mixture in practical engineering is compared and analyzed.The results show that the optimal mixing temperature of LKW-II type warm mix rubber modified asphalt mixture is 160℃,the compaction temperature is 140℃,and the cooling effect is about 20℃.The LKW-II warm mix agent can significantly improve the high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,water stability and fatigue resistance of the mixture.The effect is the most significant when the dosage is 0.3%(mass ratio).Among them,the dynamic stability index is increased by 17.54%,the low temperature flexural tensile strength is increased by 17.08%,the low temperature strain is increased by 10.69%,the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio is increased by 13.93%,the residual degree of immersion stability is increased by 27.51%,and the number of fatigue life is increased by 18.18%.The difference between the index value of 0.1%and 0.3%is very small,and the index value of 0.5%is greatly reduced.It is recommended that the dosage of LKW-II warm mix agent is 0.1%~0.3%of the quality of rubber modified asphalt.
