摘要
目的探讨苏北地区农村丧偶老年人的心理健康状况及影响因素,对有效缓解苏北地区人口老龄化,改善农村丧偶老年人心理健康,促进其身心健康发展提供理论依据。方法本研究采用便利抽样法,调查徐州、连云港、宿迁、淮安、盐城5个地区的农村丧偶老年人,使用老年人心理健康问卷、社会支持量表、简易应对方式问卷对苏北地区的农村丧偶老年人进行调查。采用多元线性逐步回归分析探索老年人心理健康影响因素。结果本研究调查的283例农村丧偶老年人心理健康总分为(60.78±17.75)分,社会支持总分为(33.32±7.24)分,多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示慢病数量、主观支持、客观支持、积极应对和自理状况均对农村丧偶老年人心理健康有影响。其中,自理状况和慢病数量对心理健康的影响最大,且负向影响心理健康状况,主观支持、客观支持和积极应对方式正向影响心理健康。结论苏北地区农村丧偶老年人心理健康水平较低,应重点关注自理状况差、慢性病数量多、主客观支持不良及积极应对方式不良的丧偶老年人。
Objective To explore the mental health status and influencing factors of the rural widowed elderly in northern Jiangsu,and to provide a theoretical basis for effectively alleviating the aging of the population in northern Jiangsu,improving the mental health of the rural widowed elderly and promoting their physical and mental health development.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to investigate the widowed elderly in Xuzhou,Lianyungang,Suqian,Huai'an and Yancheng,and the elderly mental health questionnaire,social support scale and simple coping questionnaire were used to investigate the rural widowed elderly in northern Jiangsu.Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of mental health of the elderly.Results The total mental health score of 283 rural widows was(60.78±17.75),the total score of social support was(33.32±7.24).The results of multiple linear gradual regression analysis showed that the number of chronic diseases,subjective support,objective support,positive response and self-care status all had an impact on the mental health of rural widows.Among them,self-care status and the number of chronic diseases have the greatest impact on mental health,and negatively affects mental health,while subjective support,objective support and positive coping methods positively affect mental health.Conclusion The mental health level of the widowed elderly in rural areas of northern Jiangsu is low,and attention should be paid to widows with poor self-care status,large number of chronic diseases,poor subjective and objective support and poor positive coping methods.
