摘要
随着老龄化进程的加快和老年人口的日益增长,我国丧偶老年人口也快速增加,丧偶老年人及其主观幸福感逐渐成为社会关注的焦点。基于调查数据,利用Ologit回归模型,对丧偶老年人主观幸福观的影响因素进行探析。结果发现:总体而言,丧偶老年人主观幸福感较好,但仍有部分丧偶老年人缺乏主观幸福感;经济独立的丧偶老年人主观幸福感好于经济供养来源于家庭成员和社会力量的丧偶老年人;由家庭成员提供日常照料和精神慰藉的丧偶老年人的主观幸福感更好;此外,身体健康状况、家庭经济状况、与主要赡养人的关系、是否与子女同住、是否有社会保障,也显著影响丧偶老年人的主观幸福感。为改善丧偶老年人主观幸福感,提出三条建议:弘扬孝文化,满足丧偶老年人对家庭温暖的需求;发掘社区的老年领袖,增强其社会价值感;合理利用老年人力资源,为其实现经济独立创造条件。
With the acceleration of population ageing and the growing of the elderly population,the number of the widowed elderly is also expanding.The widowed elderly and their subjective well-being have gradually become a major social concern.Based on survey data,this paper used the Ordered Logistic regression model to explore factors influencing subjective wellbeing of the widowed elderly.Results show that the widowed elderly generally enjoy subjective well-being,although some widowed elderly still lack subjective well-being.The widowed elderly who boast financial independence have better subjective well-being than those who have to find support from their family members and the society.Widowed seniors who enjoy daily care and spiritual comfort from family members have a stronger sense of subjective well-being.In addition,physical health of the widowed elderly,financial conditions of their families,the relationship between the elderly and their main supporters,whether they live with their children,and whether there is social security also significantly affect the subjective well-being of the widowed elderly.To improve the subjective well-being of the widowed elderly,this paper proposed three suggestions.Firstly,promoting the"filial piety"culture to meet the needs of widowed elderly for family warmth.Secondly,trying to discover senior leaders of communities to enhance their sense of social value.Thirdly,striving to leverage older human resources reasonably and create conditions for their financial independence.
