生物发酵饲料对仔猪生长的影响 被引量:2

Effects of bio-fermented feed on the growth of piglets

摘要 本试验探究并分析使用嗜酸乳杆菌、酿酒酵母及丁酸梭菌混合菌剂发酵饲料后的营养成分变化,以及发酵饲料对仔猪生长性能、肠道菌群以及血液代谢物的影响。结果表明:经生物发酵后的饲料中小肽含量上升78.89%(P<0.05),维生素A提高了4.54 mg/kg(P<0.05);相比于常规饲料,使用发酵饲料喂养仔猪后仔猪平均增重增加了2.62 kg(P<0.05),料肉比降低0.29(P<0.05),腹泻率降低89.91%(P<0.05),仔猪生长性能和健康状态得到改善;经生物发酵饲料喂养后仔猪的肠道菌群中厚壁菌门占比上升,变形菌门占比下降,肠道健康得到改善;对仔猪血液代谢产物进一步分析发现,两组仔猪血液差异代谢产物共71种,其中下调代谢产物10种,上调代谢产物61种。对差异代谢物进行通路分析,差异代谢物主要富集通路为色氨酸代谢、初级胆汁酸合成、苯丙氨酸代谢以及氨基酸合成通路。综上,生物发酵饲料能够调节仔猪肠道菌群和消化吸收功能,有效提高仔猪生长性能和改善仔猪健康状况。 This project explored and analyzed the changes in nutritional composition after fermentation feed using a mixture of Lactobacillus acidophilus,Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Clostridium butyrate,as well as the effects of fermented feed on piglet growth performance,intestinal flora and blood metabolites.The results showed that the content of small peptides in the biofermented feed increased by 78.89%(P<0.05),and vitamin A increased by 4.54 mg/kg(P<0.05);Compared with conventional feed,the average weight gain of piglets increased by 2.62 kg(P<0.05),the feed-to-meat ratio decreased by 0.29(P<0.05),and the diarrhea rate decreased by 89.91%(P<0.05),and the growth performance and health status of piglets were improved;After feeding by bio-fermented feed,the proportion of Firmicutes phylum in the intestinal flora of piglets increased,the proportion of Proteobacteria phylum decreased,and the intestinal health was improved;Further analysis of piglet blood metabolites showed that there were 71 differential metabolites,including 10 down-regulated metabolites and 61 up-regulated metabolites.The pathways of differential metabolites were analyzed,and the main enrichment pathways of differential metabolites were Tryptophan metabolism,Primary bile acid biosynthesis,Phenylalanine metabolism,and Biosynthesis of amino acids.The above research indicated that bio-fermented feed could regulate the intestinal flora and digestion and absorption function of piglets,effectively improve the growth performance and health status of piglets.
