摘要
为研究复合益生菌发酵饲料对断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道微生物菌群、血清生化指标和免疫指标的影响,试验将80头21日龄断奶仔猪随机分成2组(对照组和试验组),对照组仔猪饲喂基础日粮,试验组仔猪饲喂以10%复合益生菌发酵饲料原料替代基础日粮原料的发酵饲料。试验结果表明:试验组与对照组相比较,日均采食量提高0.66%(P<0.05),日均增重提高1.19%(P<0.05),腹泻率降低57.22%(P<0.05),盲肠、结肠、直肠中的大肠杆菌数分别降低2.39%(P<0.05)、2.01%(P<0.05)、1.64%(P<0.05),盲肠、结肠、直肠中的双歧杆菌数分别提高1.20%(P<0.05)、1.34%(P<0.05)、1.20%(P<0.05),盲肠、结肠、直肠中的乳酸杆菌数分别提高2.14%(P<0.05)、1.66%(P<0.05)、2.05%(P<0.05),血清中总蛋白含量和白蛋白含量分别提高7.44%(P<0.05)和7.61%(P<0.05),血清中碱性磷酸酶含量降低5.75%(P<0.05),血清中IgG、IgA、IgM含量分别提高18.90%(P<0.05)、9.89%(P<0.05)、1.19%(P>0.05),补体3(C3)和补体4(C4)含量分别提高1.79%(P>0.05)和4.83%(P<0.05),IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ含量分别提高7.15%(P<0.05)、5.03%(P<0.05)、1.19%(P>0.05)。说明复合益生菌发酵饲料可显著改善断奶仔猪的生长性能、肠道微生物菌群、血清生化指标、血清免疫指标。
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of compound probiotic fermented feed on growth performance,intestinal microflora,serum biochemical index and immune index of weaned piglets.Eighty21-day-old weaned piglets were randomly divided into two groups(control group and test group).The control group was fed with basic diet,and the test group was fed with 10%compound probiotic fermented feed instead of basic diet fermented feed.The results showed that compared with the control group,the daily average feed intake was increased by 0.66%(P<0.05),the daily average weight gain was increased by 1.19%(P<0.05),and the diarrhea rate was decreased by 57.22%(P<0.05).The numbers of Escherichia coli in cecum,colon and rectum were decreased by 2.39%(P<0.05),2.01%(P<0.05)and 1.64%(P<0.05),respectively.The numbers of Bifidobacterium in cecum,colon and rectum were increased by 1.20%(P<0.05),1.34%(P<0.05)and 1.20%(P<0.05),respectively.The numbers of Lactobacillus in cecum,colon and rectum were increased by 2.14%(P<0.05),1.66%(P<0.05)and 2.05%(P<0.05),respectively.The contents of total protein and albumin in serum were increased by 7.44%(P<0.05)and 7.61%(P<0.05),respectively.The content of alkaline phosphatase in serum was decreased by 5.75%(P<0.05),IgG,IgA and IgM in serum were increased by 18.90%(P<0.05),9.89%(P<0.05),1.19%(P>0.05).The contents of complement 3(C3)and complement 4(C4)were increased by 1.79%(P>0.05)and 4.83%(P<0.05),respectively.The contents of IL-2,IL-4 and IFN-γwere increased by 7.15%(P<0.05),5.03%(P<0.05)and 1.19%(P>0.05).The results indicated that compound probiotic fermentation feed could improved the growth performance,intestinal microflora,serum biochemical index and serum immune index of weaned piglets.
