Observation on the efficacy of modified Renshen Yangrong decoction combined with recombinant human erythropoietin in the treatment of renal anemia in dialysis patients

摘要目的研究人参养荣汤加减联合重组人促红细胞生成素治疗透析肾性贫血患者的效果。方法70例维持性血液透析肾性贫血患者,依据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各35例。对照组采用重组人促红细胞生成素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上辅助人参养荣汤加减治疗。对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后临床指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率94.29%高于对照组的68.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组外周血血红蛋白(115.30±9.50)g/L、红细胞压积(37.30±2.80)%、铁调素(154.25±20.50)μg/L、血清铁(13.58±2.60)μmol/L、血清铁蛋白(208.30±5.05)μg/L均优于对照组的(107.30±8.80)g/L、(31.10±2.20)%、(171.30±22.50)μg/L、(10.65±3.02)μmol/L、(175.15±6.50)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人参养荣汤加减联合重组人促红细胞生成素治疗透析患者肾性贫血效果显著,有助于调节患者的铁调素水平,改善患者贫血状态和预后。 Objective To study the effect of modified Renshen Yangrong decoction combined with recombinant human erythropoietin in the treatment of renal anemia in dialysis patients.Methods A total of 70 cases of renal anemia patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human erythropoietin,and the observation group was supplemented with modified Renshen Yangrong decoction.The therapeutic effect and clinical indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than that of 68.57%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,in the observation group,the peripheral blood hemoglobin was(115.30±9.50)g/L,the hematocrit was(37.30±2.80)%,the hepcidin was(154.25±20.50)μg/L,the serum iron was(13.58±2.60)μmol/L,and the serum ferritin was(208.30±5.05)μg/L,which were better than those of(107.30±8.80)g/L,(31.10±2.20)%,(171.30±22.50)μg/L,(10.65±3.02)μmol/L,and(175.15±6.50)μg/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Renshen Yangrong decoction combined with recombinant human erythropoietin has a significant effect in the treatment of renal anemia in dialysis patients,which can help to regulate the level of hepcidin,improve the anemia state and prognosis of patients.
