摘要
目的探究罗沙司他与右旋糖酐铁联合治疗对血液透析肾性贫血患者贫血指标的影响。方法选择2020年11月—2023年1月本院收治的80例血液透析肾性贫血患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组(n=40)采用右旋糖酐铁治疗,观察组(n=40)在对照组的基础上接受罗沙司他治疗,两组持续治疗12周。对比两组的临床疗效、贫血指标、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血红蛋白、红细胞压积、促红细胞生成素水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论罗沙司他与右旋糖酐铁联合治疗血液透析肾性贫血患者的临床效果显著,能够有效改善患者的贫血指标,且不良反应较少。
Objective Exploring the effect of combined treatment with roxadustat and iron dextran on anemia indicators in hemodialysis patients with renal anemia.Methods Selecting 80 patients with hemodialysis renal anemia admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to January 2023 as the research subjects,divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,the control group(n=40)treated with iron dextran,the observation group(n=40)received rosacetam treatment on the basis of the control group,two groups of continuous treatment for 12 weeks.Compare the clinical efficacy,anemia indicators,and occurrence of adverse reactions between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than the 80.00%of the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of hemoglobin,hematocrit,and erythropoietin in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of the combination of roxadustat and iron dextran in the treatment of hemodialysis renal anemia patients is significant,which can effectively improve the patient's anemia indicators,and has fewer adverse reactions.
