摘要实施乡村振兴战略是“十四五”时期的重要任务,这需要社会多元力量参与,发挥集体优势,共同达成。高校是社会力量的重要组成部分,高校参与乡村振兴战略既有现实条件,也有历史基础。高校参与精准扶贫工作对参与乡村振兴战略具有参考价值和启示意义。基于对高校参与精准扶贫工作实践与成效的反思,得出以下结论:高校参与乡村振兴战略必须做好组织管理、主体间互动、实践路径三个关键环节。首先,关于高校内部的组织管理环节,既要坚持和完善科层制的形式,也要发挥权威的感召作用;其次,关于高校与其他参与主体间互动环节,既要构建协同体,也要创新互惠机制;再次,关于探索和创新实践路径环节,需要坚持整体视角,关注社会结构的各要素,推动社会功能的发挥。 Implementing the rural revitalization strategy is an important task during the“14th Five-Year Plan”peri-od,which requires the participation of diverse social forces and the collective strengths to achieve common goals.Uni-versities are an integral part of social forces and have both the practical conditions and historical foundation to participate in the rural revitalization.The experience and effectiveness of universities participating in targeted poverty alleviation work provide valuable references and insights for their involvement in the rural revitalization.Based on reflections on the practice and achievements of universities participating in targeted poverty alleviation,the following conclusions can be drawn:universities must focus on three key links when participating in the rural revitalization strategy,namely,organiza-tional management,interaction among subjects,and the exploration of practical paths.Firstly,with regard to the internal organizational management,universities need to adhere to and improve the hierarchical system while leveraging their au-thoritative influence.Secondly,in terms of the interaction among universities and other participating subjects,it is nec-essary to establish collaborative bodies and innovate mutual benefit mechanisms.Lastly,in exploring and innovating practical paths,it is necessary to maintain a holistic perspective by taking into consideration the various elements of so-cial structure and promoting the realization of social functions.
