摘要
完善二级学院治理结构、提升治理效能是优化高校整体治理能力和推动现代大学制度建设的关键,是新时代高校聚焦内涵式发展、提升综合实力的必经之路,更是深化教育综合改革和推进教育现代化的重要突破口。高校二级学院作为现代高校治理的基础单元,迫切需要理顺治理过程中的各种关系,完善组织构架,减少治理中的摩擦成本,不断探索协同治理的新路径,助推高校治理现代化的进程。
Improving the governance structure and the governance efficiency of secondary colleges in universities is the key to optimize the overall governance ability of colleges and universities and promote the construction of modern university system.It is not the only way for colleges and universities to focus on connotative development and enhance their comprehensive strength in the new era,but also an important breakthrough to deepen the comprehensive reform of education and promote the modernization of education.As the basic unit of modern university governance,secondary colleges in universities urgently need to straighten out various relations in the process of governance,improve the organizational structure,reduce the friction cost in governance,constantly explore new paths of collaborative governance and boost the process of modernization of university governance.
