摘要
                
                    商务社区学习空间是我国学习型城市建设不可或缺的载体,而如何使其持续且有活力地运行是需研究的课题。本文基于空间生产理论框架,对S市J商务社区“白领之家”进行个案分析发现:“白领之家”的空间构成包含体现社区学习之便捷和时尚的物质性要素、促成白领归属感的象征性要素、支撑空间意义和活力的主体性要素;“白领之家”是在规划者为主导、白领学习者为主体的社区学习实践中,经由空间生成动机、空间感知、空间行为、空间冲突、空间意义等逐步构建,而地缘关系、趣缘关系和人-自身关系等空间关系的重构又成为空间构建的内源性动力。商务社区学习空间的建设实践应注重空间可达性、开放性和时尚性,注重以归属感为导向的概念空间构建,注重自治模式与协商机制的建立,并强化以生活意义探寻为旨向的社区学习活动。
                
                Building community learning space is an important measure for building a learning city in China,and how to make it operate continuously and energetically is a research issue.Based on the analytical framework of the production of space theory,this paper makes a case study of the "White-collar Home" in the commercial building in S City.It is found that the learning space consists of three spaces,including the perceptual space which contains the material elements that reflect the fast and fashionable learning of white-collar workers in the community,the conceptual space which contains the symbolic elements that contribute to the sense of belonging of business white-collar learners,and the experience space which contains the subjective elements that support the significance and vitality of the learning space."White-collar Home" is gradually produced through the space generation motivation,space perception,space behavior,space conflict and space meaning in the operation of the planners and the white collar learners as the user of space,which in turn produce the space reconstruction.The social relations also are established between white-collar workers and "White-collar Home",such as geographical relationship,interest relationship and human-self relationship reconstruction,which is the endogenous power to promote the operation of community learning space.It suggests that to pay more attentions on the accessibility,openness and fashion of the learning space design,the construction of the concept of community,the establishing of autonomy model and consultation mechanism,and provides of community learning activities to explore meaning of life.
