新时代中小学思政课教师专业素养问题及对策研究——基于207位中小学思政课教师调查数据的统计分析

摘要立德树人是教育的根本任务,中小学思想政治理论课是加强中小学生社会主义核心价值观教育的关键课程,要着力提高中小学思政课的针对性和吸引力。教师是教育之魂魄,打造一支政治强、情怀深、思维新、视野广、自律严、人格正的高素质专业化思政课教师队伍是上好中小学思政课的关键。在对207位中小学思政课教师专业素养调查问卷分析后发现,当前中小学思政课教师在专业素养方面存在政治素养有待提高、爱教情怀不够高、思维方式有待提升、视野格局有待拓宽、道德修养不够完善等诸多问题。针对以上这些问题,分别从政府、学校、个人三个维度给出提升中小学思政课教师专业素养的对策建议。 Establishing morality and cultivating talents is the fundamental task of education,and ideological and political theory course in primary and secondary schools is the key course to strengthen the education of socialist core values for primary and secondary school students.Efforts should be made to improve the pertinence and attractiveness of ideological and political course in primary and secondary schools.Teachers are the soul of education,and building a high-quality professional team of ideological and political course teachers with strong political literacy,deep love for education,new thinking,broad vision,strict self-discipline,and positive personality is the key to providing good ideological and political courses in primary and secondary schools.According to the analysis of a survey questionnaire on the professional literacy of 207 Teachers of Ideological and Political Course in Primary and Secondary Schools,their professional quality needs to be improved,there are some problems such as lack of love for education,new thinking,broad vision,and perfect moral cultivation.In response to the above issues,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to enhance the professional quality of ideological and political course teachers in primary and secondary school from three dimensions:government,schools,and individuals.
