摘要
农业新业态是现代农业发展的新方向。在提出农业新业态概念的基础上,将农业新业态分为新型生产业态、新型流通业态、新型服务业态和产业融合业态4种类型,并对广西智慧农业、循环农业、农产品电子商务、农业社会化服务、休闲农业等代表性新业态的发展现状和存在问题进行总结分析。基于此,提出了加快广西农业新业态发展的总体思路,并从供给层、需求层、保障层3个方面提出了具体的路径建议,指出强化新业态“新”“特”“名”是基本方向,做强做优新业态经营主体是内在要求,培育优势新业态产业集群是主要方式,大力提高农民参与积极性是重要条件,有效引导消费需求是必要前提,同时阐述了必要的保障措施。
New agricultural formats are the new direction of modern agricultural development.Based on putting forward the concept of new agricultural formats,the new agricultural formats were divided into four types:new production formats,new circulation formats,new service formats,and industry integration formats,and the development status and existing problems of representative new formats in Guangxi,such as smart agriculture,circular agriculture,e-commerce of agricultural products,agricultural socialized services,and leisure agriculture,were summarized and analyzed.Based on this,the general idea of accelerating the development of new agricultural formats in Guangxi was put forward,and specific path suggestions were put forward from the supply layer,demand layer and the guarantee layer,indicating that strengthening the "new","special" and "famous" of the new business is the basic direction,strengthening and optimizing the main body of the new business is the internal requirement,cultivating the industrial cluster of the new advantageous business is the main way,vigorously improving the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in is an important condition,and effectively guiding consumer demand is a necessary prerequisite.At the same time,the necessary safeguard measures were elaborated.
