摘要
当前世界反全球化、逆全球化思潮盛行,以美国为首的西方发达资本主义国家推行文化殖民主义和媒介霸权主义,致使世界传播秩序重构加速,全球文化传播生态失衡加剧。但全球化是客观存在的发展趋势,多元共存、交流互鉴、和谐共生是未来文化发展的常态。因此,需要从文化传播的时代境遇出发,认真梳理当前我国对外文化传播过程中存在的主要问题,有针对性地创新文化传播理念,建立与新时代发展相适应的文化对话、文化整合和文化协同传播的长效机制,多举措、多路向开展对外文化传播,全面提升对外文化传播的国际影响力和国际舆论引导力,让世界更好地读懂中国。
At present,anti-globalization trend is prevailing in the world.While the Western developed capitalist countries led by the United States carry out cultural colonialism and media hegemony,the reconstruction of the world communication order is accelerating,and the ecological imbalance of global cultural communication is worsening.However,the cultural globalization is an objective trend of development.Diverse coexistence,exchanges,mutual learning and harmonious coexistence of all ethnic cultures in the world will be the norm of cultural development in the future.Therefore,it is necessary to start from the era of cultural communication,carefully sort out the existing problems in our cultural communication with foreign countries,and make targeted innovations in cultural communication concepts,to establish a long-term mechanism for cultural dialogue,cultural integration and cultural collaborative communication in line with the new era,to take multiple measures and multiple directions to promote cultural communication with other countries,to improve the international influence of external cultural communication and the guidance of international public opinion,so that the world can better understand China.
