During the three-year outbreak of pneumonia caused by SARS("COVID-19"),many countries and regions experienced pandemic and high-risk states of infection, and people's health and life safety faced serious threats.Vaccination is the most economical and effective means to prevent and control COVID-19,and widespread and rapid vaccination against COVID-19 is essential to overcome the epidemic.Yet vaccine hesitation has seriously affected the smooth implementation of vaccination efforts. This paper provided a more systematic review of the characteristics of vaccine hesitant populations in four regions on both sides of the four cross-strait regions during the new coronavirus epidemic, and a comparative study of the main influencing factors of vaccination in the four regions. The analysis showed that the vaccination rates of all four regions on both sides of the four cross-strait regions reached more than 90%,and the influence of age and education level on vaccine hesitancy was similar in all four regions, with females outweighing males.Vaccine hesitancy was lower among those with higher education, while the influence of age and marital status differed significantly.
