摘要
目的了解大学生对于新型冠状病毒疫苗(新冠疫苗)接种的意愿及影响因素,为推广新冠疫苗接种提供建设性意见。方法对中山大学本科生进行线上问卷调查,了解基本情况、接种意愿、新冠肺炎知识、新冠疫苗认知情况,根据接种意愿分为接种同意组以及接种犹豫组。比较两组间的差异,并采用非条件logistic回归分析接种犹豫的影响因素。结果在完成问卷的328名大学生中,258人(78.66%)同意接种,接种犹豫组以年龄小、低年级、非医学专业为主。两组对新冠肺炎常识知识得分差异无统计学意义。回归分析发现“担心国内疫情反复”、“响应政府号召”、“医务人员的建议对接种意愿存在重大影响”等是接种犹豫的负性影响因素,“被动要求接种”、“一年级”是接种犹豫的显著影响因素。结论有一定比例的大学生对新冠疫苗接种存在犹豫,有必要通过有效的途径进行宣传教育,提高大学生的主观能动性及责任心,从而推进新冠疫苗接种工作。
Objective To access the willingness and influencing factors of college students for receiving novel coronavirus vaccine, and to provide constructive suggestions for the promotion of the vaccination. Methods College students of Sun Yat-sen University were surveyed by online questionnaire to understand basic information, vaccination willingness, knowledge of COVID-19 and cognition of COVID-19 vaccine. According to vaccination willingness, they were divided into two groups, vaccination consent group and vaccination hesitancy group. The differences between the two groups were compared, and the influencing factors of vaccination hesitancy were analyzed by unconditional logistic regression. Results Of the 328 college students who completed the questionnaire, 258(78.66%) agreed to be vaccinated. The group who hesitated to be vaccinated were mainly younger, lower grade and non-medical majors. There was no difference in COVID-19 general knowledge scores between the two groups. Regression analysis found that "fear of repeated domestic epidemic", "response to the call of the government", "medical staffs′ advice has significant impact on the willingness to vaccinate" were the negative influencing factors of vaccination hesitancy;and "being requested for vaccination", "first grade" were significant influencing factors of vaccination hesitancy. Conclusion A certain proportion of college students are hesitant about coronavirus vaccination. It is necessary to carry out effective publicity and education to improve the subjective initiative and sense of responsibility of college students, so as to promote vaccination.
