摘要
目的:探讨基于信息-动机-行为技巧(IMB)的护理干预在妊娠糖尿病(GDM)中的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月本院就诊的GDM患者90例,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组45例。观察组实施基于IMB的护理干预、对照组实施常规护理干预,比较两组注射胰岛素依从率、血糖控制效果及预后情况。结果:观察组注射胰岛素依从率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后FBG、2hPG、HbA1c水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胎儿不良结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于IMB的护理干预在GDM患者中的效果较好,可提升患者注射降糖药物依从性,利于血糖控制,确保母婴安全。
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on information-motivation-behavioral skills(IMB)in gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:A total of 90 patients with GDM who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The observation group was given IMB-based nursing intervention,and the control group was given routine nursing intervention.The insulin injection compliance rate,blood glucose control effect and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance rate of insulin injection in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FBG,2hPG and HbA1 c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse fetal outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of nursing intervention based on IMB in patients with GDM is better,which can improve the compliance of patients with injection of hypoglycemic drugs,facilitate blood glucose control,and ensure maternal and child safety.
