妊娠期糖尿病个体化营养治疗的临床实践及循证依据被引量：36

摘要随着国际妊娠合并糖尿病研究组（International Association of Diabetes and Pregnancy Study Group，IADPSG）推荐的妊娠期糖尿病（gestational diabetes mellitus，GDM）诊断标准口’被逐渐采纳，将有更多孕妇被诊断为GDM。因绝大多数GDM患者仅需合理的营养治疗即可使血糖控制满意。因此，对日益增多的GDM患者，如何给予科学的营养治疗至关重要。但总体而言，产科医生对此缺乏经验，相关循证依据也有限，现将GDM营养治疗的临床实践及循证依据介绍如下。
