摘要
基于4家电动汽车企业,探讨创新引领者和追赶者双元竞争压力与多层次协同战略导向的动态匹配过程。结果发现:(1)引领者在创新萌芽期和扩张期存在内外部一致性压力,分别采取组织内协同和“关系嵌入”型生态链协同战略;创新发展期则面临一致性与差异性的双元压力,选择“关系-结构嵌入”型生态链协同。(2)追赶者创新萌芽期以组织内协同战略应对内部一致性压力;创新扩张发展期面对双元竞争压力时采取“关系嵌入”型生态链协同战略。(3)响应性组织-环境协同战略是创新过程中应对竞争压力的主要方式。(4)动态能力在协同演化中发挥重要适配作用。
Based on case analysis of four electric vehicle enterprises,this paper discusses the situation conditions of ambidextrous competitive pressure and the dynamic matching of collaborative strategy orientation of innovation"leaders"and"catchers".Results show that,first,in the embryonic and expansion stages,the"leaders"face the internal and external consistent competitive pressure,and adopt the strategic orientation of intra organizational collaboration and ecological chain collaboration of the"relationship embedded"type.When facing the ambidextrous pressure in the development period,they choose ecological chain coordination strategy of the"relationship structure embedding"type.Second,in the embryonic stage,"catchers"mainly face the internal consistency competition pressure and respond with the strategic orientation of intra organizational collaboration.In the expansion development period,they adopt the strategic orientation of ecological chain coordination of the"relationship embedding"type facing the ambidextrous competition pressure.Third,responsive organization environment synergy strategy is the main way to deal with competitive pressure in the innovation process.Forth,dynamic capability plays an important role in the collaborative evolution.
