摘要
文化是公司经营和企业成长的关键重要内在驱动力,良好的企业文化能够推动企业可持续发展。从煤炭企业的特点出发,分析了煤炭企业文化建设的重要性,探讨了煤炭企业管理中企业文化建设的方法。通过对企业文化建设的研究,为煤炭企业提高管理水平、增强企业核心竞争力、实现可持续发展提供了有益的参考。
Culture is the key important internal driving force of company operation and enterprise growth.Good corporate culture can promote the sustainable development of enterprises.Starting from the characteristics of coal enterprises,this paper analyzes the importance of coal enterprise culture construction and explores the methods of coal enterprise culture construction in the management of coal enterprises.Through the study of corporate culture construction,it provides a useful reference for coal enterprises to improve the management level,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and achieve sustainable development.
