摘要
网络交易信用治理既事关百姓利益,也事关区域营商环境构建,其经济效益和社会效益影响深远。按照体系化、法治化、规范化、数字化的总要求,厘清边界,实现网络交易信用治理主体全覆盖;破除壁垒,实现网络交易信用信息互联互通;明晰责任,构建网络交易诚信整体智治体系;示范表率,创新网络交易商户自治模式。
The credit governance of network transactions concerns both the interests of the people and the construction of the regional business environment,with far-reaching economic and social benefits.According to the general requirements of systematization,rule of law,standardization and digitization,we should clarify the boundaries and realize the full coverage of the main subjects of credit governance for network transactions;break down the barriers and realize the interconnection of credit information for network transactions;clarify the responsibilities and build a system of overall wisdom and governance for the integrity of network transactions;and set an example and innovate the mode of self-governance of merchants in network transactions.
