摘要
在化工园区运行过程中,存在多种环境问题,为了有效规避这些问题,相关部门需要对化工园区环境执法进行规范。因此,相关执法部门应提高自身执法水平,以保障化工园区的环境质量。本文分析了化工园区产生环境隐患的成因,对化工园区环境执法中存在的问题以及危害进行了阐述,并提出相应的措施,旨在为化工园区环境执法提供借鉴。
In the operation process of the chemical industry park,there are various environmental problems.In order to effectively avoid these environmental problems,it is necessary to standardize the environmental law enforcement of the chemical industry park.Therefore,relevant law enforcement departments should improve their level of law enforcement to ensure the environment of the chemical industry park.This paper analyzes the causes of environmental hazards in chemical parks,expounds the existing problems and hazards in environmental law enforcement in chemical parks,and puts forward the corresponding right and wrong,aiming at providing reference for environmental law enforcement in chemical parks in the future.
