摘要
目的 探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)疫情防控期间医学生国家认同感、感恩与志愿服务意愿之间的关系,为提高医学生在重大公共卫生事件中的志愿服务意愿提供建议。方法 采用国家认同感、感恩和抗疫志愿服务意愿问卷对489名医学生进行调查。采用Pearson相关分析变量间的关系,采用Bootstrap检验分析感恩在国家认同感和抗疫志愿服务意愿之间的中介效应。结果 调查对象中442人(90.4%)表示愿意参加当时的抗疫志愿服务,有175人(35.8%)实际参与了当时疫情防控中的抗疫志愿服务,222人(45.4%)之前曾经参加过抗疫志愿服务;医学生国家认同感与抗疫志愿服务意愿(r=0.22,P<0.001)、感恩(r=0.25,P<0.001)均正相关,感恩与抗疫志愿服务意愿正相关(r=0.29,P<0.001);感恩在国家认同感与抗疫志愿服务意愿之间起中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比例为25.06%。结论 新冠肺炎疫情防控期间医学生国家认同感、感恩与抗疫志愿服务意愿之间存在正相关,感恩在医学生国家认同感及抗疫志愿服务意愿之间起中介效应。
Objective To explore the relationship between medical students national identity,gratitude and willingness to volunteer in period of the prevention and control of COVID-19,so as to provide suggestions for improving medical students'willingness to volunteer in major public health events.MethodsA total of 489 medical students were surveyed questionnaire on national identity,gratitude and willingness to volunteer against the COVID-19.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the relationship between the variables,and Bootstrap test was used to analyze the mediating effect of gratitude between national identity and willingness to volunteer against the COVID-19.Results In the survey,442(90.4%)of the respondents indicated that they were willing to volunteer against the COVID-19,175(35.8%)actually participated in the volunteer against the COVID-19 at that time,and 222(45.4%)had participated in the volunteer against the COVID-19 before;Medical students national identity was positively correlated with willingness to volunteer against the COVID-19(r=0.22,P<0.001)and gratitude(r=0.25,P<0.001),and gratitude was positively correlated with willingness to volunteer against the COVID-19(r=0.29,P<0.001);gratitude mediated the relationship between national identity and willingness to volunteer against the COVID-19,and the mediating effect accounted for 25.06%of the total effect.Conclusion There was significant positive correlation between medical students'national identity,gratitude and willingness to volunteer in period of the prevention and control of COVID-19,and gratitude mediated the relationship between national identity and willingness to volunteer against the COVID-19.
