两种生物刺激素在小型西瓜上的应用比较

摘要 为探究两种生物刺激素(哈茨木霉和酵素)对小型西瓜生长、果实品质和产量的影响,通过测量小型西瓜的株高、叶面积、茎粗等指标,筛选出最适合施用的生物刺激素。结果表明,施用0.15 g/m^(2)哈茨木霉显著提高了小型西瓜植株株高、叶面积、茎粗和商品率,效果优于施用0.25 mL/m^(2)酵素的;施用0.25 mL/m^(2)的酵素则显著提高了小型西瓜根粗、根鲜质量等指标,显著降低皮厚,对产量有一定提高作用,提高效果均优于施用0.15 g/m^(2)哈茨木霉。因此,在小型西瓜种植中,施用哈茨木霉对提高植株田间长势的效果优于施用酵素,而施用酵素对提高根系长势、果实品质及产量的效果优于施用哈茨木霉,因此生产中可搭配使用达到提质增产的效果。 The effects of two biostimulants(Trichoderma harzianum)and enzyme on the growth,fruit quality and yield of mini-watermelon were investigated,and the most suitable biostimulants for mini-watermelon were selected.The plant height,leaf area,stem diameter,root length,root diameter,root fresh weight,root dry weight,single fruit weight,fruit transverse and longitudinal diameter,skin thickness and soluble solids content of pulp center and edge were measured.The application of two biostimulants could promote plant and root growth,improve fruit quality and yield.When 0.15 g/m^(2)T.harzianum was applied,the plant height and leaf area of mini-watermelon plants significantly increased,and the stem diameter and commodity rate increased.The effect was better than that of 0.25 mL/m^(2)enzyme.When 0.25 mL/m^(2)enzyme was applied,the root diameter,root fresh weight,root dry weight,single fruit weight,fruit center and edge soluble solids content of mini-watermelon significantly increased,the skin thickness significantly reduced,and the yield was increased.The effect was better than that of 0.15 g/m^(2)T.harzianum.In the planting of mini-watermelon,the effect of applying T.harzianum on improving the growth of plants in the field was better than that of applying enzymes.The effect of applying enzymes on improving root growth,fruit quality and yield was better than that of applying T.harzianum.
