摘要
几内亚马西铁路是西芒杜矿区铁矿石规模开采以及实现矿产海铁联运的重要基础设施。作为我国投资修建的一条干线铁路,通过对其关键技术标准的研究,构建最优的建设模式,有助于降低建设投资与运营成本。马西铁路按照中国技术标准体系建设,结合运输需求、建设环境及路网条件,通过研究正线数目、设计轴重、限制坡度、牵引类型等关键技术标准,选择适用于本线的机车、车辆类型,推荐马西铁路按照双线铁路建设,采用25 t设计轴重,6‰/9‰均衡坡,内燃牵引,隧道预留电气化条件;选用4410 kW交流传动货运内燃机车,C_(80)型货车,牵引质量10000 t,到发线有效长度1400 m;研究结论对海外货运专线铁路项目技术标准的选择具有一定的参考价值。
The Maribaya-Simandou Railway in Guinea is an important infrastructure for the large-scale mining of iron ore in the Simandou Mine Area and the realization of sea-railway combined transportation of minerals.As a trunk railway invested and constructed by China,the study of its key technical standards and the optimal construction mode can help reduce construction investment and operating costs.In accordance with the construction of China’s technical standard system,combined with transportation demand,construction environment,and railway network conditions,this paper studied key technical standards such as the number of main lines,axle load design,ruling gradient,and traction type and selected the types of locomotives and vehicles suitable for the railway.It is recommended that the Maribaya-Simandou Railway be constructed as a double-track railway,with a 25 t axle load design,6‰/9‰balanced gradient,diesel traction,and electrification conditions reserved for tunnels;6000 HP alternating current transmission freight diesel locomotives and C80 freight cars were selected,with a tractive tonnage of 10000 t and an effective length of 1400 m for arrival and departure lines.The research conclusion has a certain reference value for the selection of technical standards for similar overseas dedicated freight railway projects.
