摘要
结合红淖铁路红淖段煤运主线与矿区支线的选线设计实践,讨论煤炭集运铁路主线与矿区专用线统筹考虑时的选线思路、原则和需考虑的问题。通过综合考虑矿区总体开发规划、矿区井田分布及煤炭主要流向,从压覆矿产、运输组织、带动地方经济发展、工程投资等方面,对煤运主线与矿区支线合建、分建进行综合分析,推荐采用不压覆矿产、符合地方规划,工程投资省、总费用现值小的红淖铁路煤运主线与矿区支线分建方案。
With reference to the practices in the route selection of Hong-Nao railway coal line and branch coal line in mine area, the paper discusses the concepts, principles and issues to be considered in the selection of the main railway coal line and mine dedicated line. In consideration of the overall mine development, the distribution and main flow of the coal, the paper analyses the proposals for joint construction and separate construction of the coal main line and the branch line in perspectives of overlaid mining, transport organization, local economic development, project investment. Thus, the separate construction is recommended for the benefit of local development, less engineering investment and low total cost.
