摘要
软枣猕猴桃是抗寒树种,资源丰富,品种多样,具有较高的营养和药用价值。为推动软枣猕猴桃产业的发展,加强产品开发,从软枣猕猴桃的资源分布情况、营养价值、药用价值、产品开发等角度概述了目前软枣猕猴桃产品的研究现状,指出软枣猕猴桃产业存在的问题,并提出相应的发展建议。
Actinidia arguta is a cold-resistant tree with abundant resources and diverse varieties.It has rich nutrition and high medicinal value.In order to promote the development of Actinidia arguta industry and strengthen the develop⁃ment of Actinidia arguta products,the current research status of Actinidia arguta products was summarized from the perspectives of resource distribution,nutritional value,medicinal value and product development.The existing prob⁃lems of Actinidia arguta industry were pointed out,and the corresponding development suggestions were put forward.
